Shipping Policy
Every kiln creature and figurine is carefully placed in a box, surrounded by protective packaging. This is then placed in an outer box, again surrounded by more packing material, to ensure there is no damage during delivery.
Postage to Mainland UK is charged at £3.20 per item

Returns Policy
We promise to measure and describe each sculpture listed in our shop as accurately as possible, so be sure to read descriptions for dimensions and sizes before choosing and purchasing your figurine or creature.
We hope that you love your purchase, but we understand that you may decide you need to return an order. We require that you contact us within 7 days of you receiving your order to confirm you wish to return it. Please return your order within 14 days.
You may return any item that is faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. Unless an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of the return shipping is your responsibility. If any item is returned in a non-resaleable condition (if it gets broken on its return journey) we will not be able to issue a refund, so please ensure it is packaged very carefully, unused and in it’s original packaging, with all relevant documentation.
‘Anna Binns’ will refund the value of goods returned (excluding delivery costs) within 28 days of receipt of the return, without further charge to you. We will not refund the costs of returning the goods.
Please note: returned figurines do not become our responsibility until received at our stated contact address. We recommend that to ensure delivery the goods are returned by a recorded delivery service.
